Day 32- July 28   Kearney Lake, Halifax

Rainy morning as Scott and I made phone calls to set up appointments.  Scott was booking Canadian Tire to mount 4 new tires for the trailer on to the rims and I was booking a chiropractor appointment.   Everyone else lingered in bed this morning.

My work is never done

Scott had the 4 tires off the trailer and gone by 10:00 with Hailey to a Canadian Tire near by.   I did a load of laundry and some reading while they were gone.  They weren't gone long and returned to put the tires on the trailer ready to go for tomorrow.

Brody and I left shortly after that for my chiropractor appointment 15 minutes away at Healthy Link Chiropractor Wellness Ctr.  I finally had a well needed adjustment.

We spotted a lake nearby the other day, so after lunch we packed up and headed there for a swim.  It was a small secluded beach, calm, clear water with a sandy beach!  I couldn't figure out what the catch was, it was perfect!  Even though it was cloudy and even rained a bit on us it was heaven and we spent 2 hours playing, swimming and having fun.  We used all our inflatable toys, even Scott came in the lake too.  We watched dragon boats practicing a little further down the lake as well as they use this area to train.

A few necessary things got accomplished today, but we still had a nice chillaxing day, so we ended it with a movie night and fresh stove top popcorn in the trailer.
